Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Having spent over half my life with them, I deeply understand the joy, love, and unbreakable bonds they bring into our lives. My journey with dogs began in my early 20s with Toto, my sweet and loyal companion.

Toto was there for me during one of the most challenging times of my life—a heartbreak from my first love. Somehow, Toto always seemed to know exactly how I was feeling. He’d run up to me with his playful antics, showering me with love and comfort when I needed it most. It was as if he was telling me, “You’re not alone—I’m here.” He wasn’t just a pet; he was a friend who helped me navigate the growing pains of youth with his boundless affection.

In my early 30s, I met another amazing dog, Strawberry, who joined me when I moved to the U.S. She was my rock during a new chapter of life—adjusting to a foreign country, starting a marriage, and later, building a family. Strawberry wasn’t just a dog; she became a vital part of our family, even helping me raise my two daughters. When she passed away five years ago, the pain of her loss was profound, and her absence left an undeniable void in my life.

Then, a year later, Sunrise came into our lives. Bright, energetic, and wonderfully smart, Sunrise brought joy and laughter back into our home. She quickly became more than just a family member—she’s my kids’ best friend and my irreplaceable partner in life. And let me tell you, she’s not your ordinary dog.
